10 Most Commonly Made Prayer Mistakes

Salah is an essential part of a Muslim’s daily routine, and is one of the most fundamental aspects of the Deen. The Arabic word for prayer, As-Salah, is actually derived from the Arabic word meaning “connection”.

During Salah, a believer establishes a unique connection with his creator, in which there is no place in this world where the servant is closer to his lord than in Sujud (prostration).

It is imperative that we constantly strive to guard and perfect our Salah to the highest level. In this effort, we should learn about some of the most common mistakes which are made in the Salah, and correct them if we are doing them.
